Skidbladnir is the ship of the Aesir. It was crafted by sons of Ivaldi, and given to Frey as a gift. It is large enough to hold all of the Aesir, their weapons, and their military equipment. Whenever it raises its sail, it has wind in it, so that it might go anywhere. The ship is made in such a way, that it can be folded up to a piece of cloth, small enough to be placed in a pouch.

In popular culture: Skidbladnir was the name of special internet traveling ship in the television show Code Lyoko, which allowed the cast to move throughout the internet to save the day each episode.
